With the new 4 month tax payment plan, I wonder if the Bear is getting his beak wet like he does with the fishing licenses? It's no big secret the Bear pockets the money NY pays the town for each license...

if the bear is who i think he is i'm sure he does like the cartoon jellystone park had yogi bear stealing picnic baskets the adirondacks has it own bear and he takes more then picnic baskets
ReplyDeleteWell, that may be true. Yogi had his little partner in crime, as does the bear... I'm sure the first lady of Wilmington lends a hand when she can.
ReplyDeletei guess when you say the first lady you are referring to who over the years has really run the town .the first lady does wear many hats in running the town. if that's what you mean by lending a hand .I'm sure each hat she puts on comes at a cost .
