Wilmington Health Care
It's funny how and for whom the town pays health care benefits. The part-time elected "officials" receive full health care. Someone like Hammer & Nails, who works two part-time town jobs doesn't get health care coverage. Seems Wilmington government works the same way as big government... take care of yourself first, and let everyone fend for themselves.

Best I can tell, everyone who applies for a town position is aware of the benefits offered for that position. So if Hammers & Nails wanted health care he probably should have thought of that before!!!
