Posting Responses

While shopping this past week, someone asked the Warbler how they could respond to post without creating a special account. The answer is simple: just E-Mail your response to: wilmwarbler@hotmail.com and indicate what you are responding to. The Warbler will post your response anonymously.

In addition, if you have a topic you would like the Warbler to post, please send those to the same EMail address: wilmwarbler@hotmail.com

Keep Chirping! They hear us!

  1. YES, Warbler your right if people have something they want to say for the first time they can express their opinion. With out being afraid or embarrassed to speak during a town meeting. Here's your chance ! If they are taking down the Warblers fliers you can bet they are reading the posts on the site .So like the Warbler says here's your chance to CHIRP .Be heard !!

  2. I am curious as to why this all needs to be anonymous. If you have a point of view and are an adult, wouldn't you want to have your name on it? Same with the nicknames...if there is a problem with someone in our town's government, shouldn't we actually say who they are? It seems to get confusing and leans a little to the childish side.

  3. Anyone who lives in Wilmington and knows how the wheels of the administration work should fully understand why this has to be anonymous. This gives the folks who stand to lose something (building permits, assessment reductions, etc.) a forum to post their feelings and comments without the fear of retribution. The colorful (yet meaningful) nick-names are meant, among other things, to avoid possible litigation.
